Lookah Seahorse Coil V - Quartz Tube 510 Thread Coil:

This coil is a straw-like Quartz Tube Tip Coil, it features a clear quartz layer encircling a crushed quartz bottom, with two metal rods on the inside running parallel to each other down into the crushed quartz. The Seahorse Coil V's style and construction allows for the smoothest, cleanest, most evenly heated dab imaginable. The clear quartz layers' main function is to provide a larger heated surface area for those massive dabs, allowing for an increased consumption of concentrates, and a bigger airway for creating those huge clouds you may be looking for. The heating elements are not exposed because they are located on the inside of the clear quartz tube mitigating the chance of burning through your concentrates instead of vaporizing them.

The two things advised to look out for is:

Reclaim - If you see an excess of oil pooling inside the coil, that means you may be attempting to vaporize too much concentrates for the temperature setting you are using, therefore you should adjust the temperature accordingly. If your device is already at max temp, then you should try to utilize a smaller amount of concentrates per session. 

Cloud Stream - If the cloud stream running through the coil into the airpath appears to be too thin, that means, you may not be saturating the coil enough with the proper amount of concentrates for the temperature setting you have your device set to. Therefore you should probably use a lower temperature setting, or use more concentrates.

Vaporization rate and saturation of a coil go hand in hand with each other, paying attention to these two details will help you achieve a "perfect dab" every time. 

Lookah Seahorse Coil IV - Full Quartz 510 Thread Coil:

The Seahorse IV Coil is another quartz coil made by Lookah, although its main material is crushed quartz similar to the other two quartz coils introduced, the Seahorse IV has some additional features that sets it apart from its predecessors. The coil has a crushed quartz tip with an embedded heating element that leads into it, the crushed quartz is surrounded by ceramic. The ceramic housing has 4 air-paths, two on either side to intake the vapors as the crushed quartz heats and vaporizes the concentrates.

The holes located on the sides of the Seahorse IV Coil instead of being directly in the middle like the other Seahorse Coils, mitigates the chance of clogging which wears out the coil prematurely. Quick Tip:

To ensure the coils and tips last as long as possible, make sure you fully burn all the concentrates off after each session. If you leave concentrates on the coil, tip, or inside the airways it will gunk up and possibly ruin or wear out your coil prematurely. 

Don't clean the tip or coils with the cleaning brush or any liquids/solvents, as this can damage them.

Maintaining a Nectar Collector

Once you’ve gotten the hang of operating a nectar collector, whether it be electric or manual, you’ll need to maintain it. Ultimately, cleaning it after each use will keep the actual cleaning process simple, fast, and efficient, but if you can’t do that, try to clean it after each third or fourth use.

Cleaning an e-nectar collector is rather straightforward via two methods:

• Over-saturating the coil will decrease the coils vaporization rate (decreasing the cloud size). It is always recommended to slightly touch the edge of the concentrates with the coil tip, never dipping it into concentrate.
• Ideally after each session you may want to run a cleaning cycle, this will prevent gunking of your coil while increasing the lifespan and taste. A cleaning cycle (a frequent clean method) is done by running your device to its max temperature until there is no vapor rising from the coil, meaning the is no excess concentrates remaining on it or in it.
• To clean your e-nectar collector, soak a long cotton swab  in our Formula 710 Cleaning Solution or any other cleaning solution then clean the airway of your device to remove any remaining reclaim.

Proper Storage of your nectar collector will elongate your products lifespan. Some coils and devices are more fragile than others, keeping your device in a safe case is recommended. So, find a safe spot to store your nectar collector where it will not risk breaking.
