Electric Dab Rigs are all in one dabbing devices that offer water filtration. An all-in-one device eliminates the need for a dab setup with a traditional dab rig, a butane torch, and a banger. ERigs are a way more portable when it comes to dabbing while traveling, without sacrificing the smoother rips from water filtration. 

Think of an Electric Dab Rig atomizer as your quartz banger or dab nail with a built-in torch. The "torch" component is a metal wire on the inside of the atomizer. This wire is heated to temperature through its power source (the battery). The heat is then transferred to the insert which serves as your dabbing surface. 

Most reasonably priced e-rigs come with a quartz bucket coil. High quality electric dab rigs may come with a specialty atomizer that is quartz coated ceramic. Such as the Focus V Carta Intelli-Core Oil Atomizer or the Puffco Peak Pro 3D chamber. The more inexpensive ones will usually have a crushed quartz coil.

Overtime, residue builds up on the inside of your atomizer/erig coil which will ultimately affect flavor, cloud size, and consumption. A quick coil replacement is an easy way to keep your prized Electronic Dab Rig running like its brand new!
