The bottom portion adapter has a similar look to the Moose Labs Mouthpeace which is considered universal since it fits any 19mm - 39mm bottle, and is made of high quality food grade silicone ready to withstand high temperatures. The downstem can be adjusted since it comes in three parts, you can use all three parts for longer bottles or remove one stem to fit a water bottle.
