Ruby Dab Inserts are known for their heat retention properties, ease of cleaning, and impeccable dab flavors. Ruby as a material is almost identical to sapphire except it has the presence of chromium which gives it its red color. Since chromium is preset in ruby dab inserts, they will change color based on temperature similarly to a thermochromic banger!

Ruby is chemically inert which helps to maintain the flavors of your preferred concentrates! They are also a tad bit see through which helps with cleaning. This tends to be one of the downfalls of using a darker colored sapphire or sic dab insert, its very hard to see where the residue is!

WARNING:

• The insert is susceptible to thermal shock and cracking if cleaned with rubbing alcohol or any other substance when it is hot. Hot water and a dry cotton swab will do the trick.
• Avoid thermal shock by keeping the ruby insert away from a direct flame.
• Heat the insert slowly while dabbing, and give it some time to cool in the banger.
• We suggest low temperature dabs below 550 - 600 degrees Fahrenheit. The insert can be stressed by quick cooling when the heat is removed, which happens at temperatures above 600 degrees Fahrenheit.
