Subscriptions

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time.

There is a $10 cancellation fee for any subscription cancelled within the first 60 days.

There is no cancellation or refund available once a tracking number has been assigned to a subscription order.

Returned subscriptions orders are not refunded the shipping costs as well as a 15% Restocking Fee.

There are no exceptions. If you would like to cancel your subscription with no fee's simply wit until your 2nd Subscription shipment has been sent out and there is no fee associated.

We have been forced to do this by clients who we genuinely try to take care of, but try to take advantage of all the great deals we offer. This has hurt our ability to offer such deep discounts especially to subscribers. It is because of this that we have been forced to institute the $10 cancellation fee for any subscriptions cancelled within 60 days of the first purchase.

You are aware that you have signed up to a subscription and you did it to save money, please don't come back to us playing dumb as to why another package has been shipped out to you. It is clear, you have been notified, stop trying to make other honest customers pay more so you can save a few bucks.
